ONEONTA
O.A.R., nationally known for their hit, "That Crazy Game of Poker," will perform in concert at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at Hartwick College. Tickets $35 at door, or check bindera@hartwick.edu.
CUTTING-EDGE FOLK: John Gorka,the "preeminent male singer/songwriter of the ‘new folk movement’," plays at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at The Otesaga. Adults $20, senior citizens $15, full-time students 13 and older $5.
ANTIQUE HEAVEN: Get your treasures appraised and dip into the offerings of 20 dealers at the GOHS’ annual Holiday Antique Show 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at St. Mary’s School, Route 7, Oneonta.
OLE! "Juerga Flamenca!" performs the traditional Spanish dance at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Oneonta Elks Club, 86 Chestnut. $10.
FUN NIGHT: Live music, participatory art, food and movies are among offerings at The Fenimore Art Museum’s "After-hours" Family Fun at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7. $5 adults; kids and NYSHA members, free.
MOM TO MOM: A mommy-to-mommy sale – clothing, books, furniture and more – is Saturday, Nov. 7, at Brookwood School, Toddsville.
VETERANS SPEAK: Tony Drago, Tony Mongillo and John Stevens will discuss their WWII experiences at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, at the History Center, 183 Main St., Oneonta. All vets welcome to participate. Exhibit: "Oneonta and World War II."
THEN, CONCERT: At 3 p.m., the Oneonta Community Band will "Salute The Veterans" in concert at the Oneonta Theater, 47 Chestnut.
