The second annual Paintfest, sponsored by Oneonta World of Learning, offers a day of “unpredictable painting fun,” 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at ARC Otsego, 63 Lower River St., Oneonta.
Last year, the unpredictability included splashing paint on Oneonta Mayor John S. Nader. This year, who knows?
